In this episode I discuss the Skills Vs. Desire  chart, the pitfalls that come into being in each quadrant, and different ways to overcome those pitfalls. Those 4 quadrants are: 

1.  I know what I want to do, and I know what I’m good at. 
2.  I know what I want to do, but I don’t know what I’m good at.
3.  I don’t know what I want to do, but I know what I’m good at. 
4.  I don’t know what I want to do, or what I’m good at. 

Action steps to help you move forward:

- Create a Vision Board

- Create a list of your skills

- Create a job interest list
